Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship. Delivery time will vary based on your chosen shipping method. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please email us directly at contact@estiesjewelry.com.

Esties is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. You are responsible for your order if you enter an incorrect shipping address. If it was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately to check if we can update your order before shipment. 

For international shipping, the customer is responsible for any taxes or duties required for customs. 

If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@estiesjewelry.com. Please note that if your order has been finalized and shipped, we are unable to make any modifications and/or cancellations.

Jewelry Care

Each piece is handcrafted with lots of love and care. Please handle your piece delicately and extend jewelry life by avoiding jewelry contact with water/beach water, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics and chemicals and by storing your jewelry in a plastic bag or box when unworn.

What is Gold Filled and Sterling Silver?

Gold filled jewelry is the next level, alternative to solid gold. It is the closest material to gold. There are actual layers of gold bonded to it's core metal with heat and pressure. It will usually maintain it's golden shine for a lifetime and will not tarnish if properly cared for.

Sterling silver jewelry is the next level, alternative to silver. It's an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, unworn and undamaged items can be returned in it’s original condition and vendor packaging within 7 days after arrival. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund original shipping charges. Once we received your return, we will notify you via email. All refunds are issued via original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be returned.

We do not accept exchanges.
